1. Purpose<\/h5>

The purpose of this policy is to outline the guidelines and expectations for trainees\/interns who join\u00a0Technovisers Ltd\u00a0<\/i><\/b>\u00a0to gain hands-on experience in software development and related business operations. This ensures a structured learning environment that aligns with company goals and industry standards.<\/p>

2. Eligibility<\/h5>
  • Final-year students, recent graduates, or individuals enrolled in certified technical programs.<\/li>
  • Must demonstrate basic proficiency in programming or relevant technical skills (via resume, coding tests, or interviews).<\/li><\/ul>
    3. Duration<\/h5>
    • The standard training period is\u00a03 to 6 months.<\/b><\/li>
    • Extensions may be granted based on performance and project needs.<\/li><\/ul>
      4. Working Hours<\/h5>
      • Trainees are expected to follow a fixed schedule:\u00a0Monday to Friday,<\/b>\u00a010:00 AM \u2013 07:00 PM\u00a0<\/b>(with a 1-hour lunch break).<\/li>
