1. Purpose

The purpose of this policy is to outline the guidelines and expectations for trainees/interns who join Technovisers Ltd  to gain hands-on experience in software development and related business operations. This ensures a structured learning environment that aligns with company goals and industry standards.

2. Eligibility
  • Final-year students, recent graduates, or individuals enrolled in certified technical programs.
  • Must demonstrate basic proficiency in programming or relevant technical skills (via resume, coding tests, or interviews).
3. Duration

The standard training period is 3 to 6 months.

Extensions may be granted based on performance and project needs.

4. Working Hours
  • Trainees are expected to follow a fixed schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 07:00 PM (with a 1-hour lunch break).
  • Remote, hybrid, or flexible options may be granted based on project requirements and manager approval.
5. Stipend
  • A monthly stipend may be offered at the discretion of management.
6. Responsibilities
  • Actively participate in assigned projects and complete tasks on time.
  • Attend all training sessions, stand-ups, and meetings as required.
  • Follow company policies including confidentiality, code of conduct, and security standards.
7. Code of Conduct

Trainees must adhere to the same professional standards expected of full-time employees, including:

  • Respecting team members and company property.
  • Avoiding plagiarism or misrepresentation in project work.
  • Maintaining confidentiality regarding all internal data and intellectual property.
8. Completion & Absorption
  • On successful completion, trainees will receive a Certificate of Completion.
  • Based on performance and business needs, high-performing trainees may be offered a full-time position.
9. Termination Clause
  • The company reserves the right to terminate the training program at any time due to misconduct, poor performance, or policy violations.
  • Trainees may also withdraw from the program with one week's written notice.
